I've had the same problem ever since I sent mine in for the upgrade to 4 vins.
I don't remeber having that problem before. Granted I only disabled the after cat dtc prior to sending it in. Since then i've tried to change a few things just code settings and I get the same thing as you are. I can't remember for sure, but I think the same thing happened when I changed a couple of things under constants. But it's been a while due to the weather.

"Sorry you are having trouble with the DST program. We did recently find a
bug in the software that caused the problem you are describing when working
with the '96/97 Vortec trucks.

To download the zipped file containing the latest updates to the DST program
file go to:

www.tunercat.com/JET/JET_DST_Updates.zip

This zip file contains two files; a help file in PDF format
(DST_Updates.pdf) and a self-extracting zipped file (Updates.exe) containing
the latest updates to the DST program. These updates should solve this
problem.

Download the file and place in in a convenient place on your PC.

Use the password 'fdl0220b' to unzip the files.

After unzipping these two files, install the updates by double clicking on
the self-extracting file and following the on-screen instructions. View the
included help file for more detailed instructions.
After downloading this file use the password 'fdl0220b' to unzip the files.

Best regards,

TC"

Glad you got it fixed.

Double glad I pointed you in the right direction.

TC is a fine company, wouldn't you agree? Pass it on.
