Power enrich delay

ok guys,I am wondering if the the power enrich delay correction (sec.) Vs. RPM Vs. TPS should be set to 0 through out the whole chart???
Mine has a 5.00 second delay at 2400RPM from 0% Tps all the way to 140% TPS???I am running nitrous so wouldn't it be best to have all the values set to 0 for this whole chart???
If not let me know,I am kind of confused about that and why there would be a 5 second delay!
Thanks Guys

A majour tuner has mine set to 1 second PE delay.

I'm not sure on the optimal setting????????
Mine stock was also set at 5 seconds.
