Passlock Question?

2001 S10 w/ the ls1 style 411 computer.

Is this all that needs to be changed to disable the passlock feature on these computers? I don't have the truck in front of me to test is why I am asking.

Hummmm

That should do the trick.

I also see that there is a vats parameter option in the calibration option's to dissable Vats-fail.

This would be in the jet definition 03-02, not sure if the TC definition has this option. It Should have it there.

Cheers

Mick

Yes, i saw that one. It is unchecked in the calibration. Checking enables it, so i figure it needs to be unchecked.

That's it. You might also want to shut off the VATS codes. Most cals have at least one enabled. P1626 refers to a VATS error also. They are found under Aux Input Diag.
