Recieved key but will not register - Monodax MXScan (Tunercat / Jet DST) OBDII Support

I recieved a key and registered to name for mxscan but it will not register. It says product key is not valid. I've tried it with and with spaces and copy pasted it from a txt file to remove the possibilty it was trying to paste formatting from email. Still no go. As I understand it this is a common problem. What is the fix? Vista 32 bit ran as administrator

Get with craig @ moates and find out what he knows on it.

I have XP Pro, no issues here.

Can you run in XP Compatability Mode?
