ok well i got a couple of data runs in. had a little adventure first. went out to the car and hooked up the lappy and started recording data and setting everything up (while letting the car warm up). i then jumped out of the car to plug in the maf,it has been unplugged as i have been running speed density. so i plug it back in and close the hood and i hear ... click. my doors had locked. for whatever reason when i plugged the maf back in it triggered the computer to "re boot" i guess and it then locked the doors as it normally does after start up. locking me out. i have a spare set of keys that i keep on my house ring so that they are always separate. but that got locked in the car as well as my cell phone (as i was ready to pull away after hooking up the maf).so there i am standing outside my car with it running, hooked up to my laptop which is collecting data just fine, staring at the keys in the ignition, my spare keys and my cell phone. all i could think to my self is " i am so ****ed" the ONLY other spare set i have is at my parents house 80 miles away. so after pondering my fate for a few minutes. (i am pretty confident i could have picked the lock, but my tools were in the house and the keys to the house were locked in the dam truck.) i trudged to the front office of our apartment complex and asked rater embarrassedly if they had a phone book for the lock smith's number. called them up they came out. got the usual "lock your keys in your car?" routine and then he whipped out a little inflatable air bladder (that he wedged in the door seam to pry it open) so that he could insert a log metal rod and roll down my window. took him 90 seconds tops. i said thanks he took $50! of my dollars, and we parted ways. man i wish i could make that kind of money! i have NEVER locked my self out of ANY car. i maintain that i still haven't but i have now been locked out by a car.

with that ordeal out of the way, i was able to proceed. i went on a short run and it didn't seem any different then it did on sd. then i thought about it and cleared the trouble codes. in the middle of the second run. then it started to do its stumble thing again. i figure the first test is worthless except as a reference. but the second one is legit after i cleared the trouble codes. ill post it up. let me know what you see.
