If the fuel trims are off at a given frequency and airflow, then i don't see anything else that you could change.
It wouldn't hurt to check for vac leaks, exhaust leaks, a dirty maf. But after that if it is still off you are left with changing the table.
You can always go back to the old settings(you have your stock tune right?). I always read before i program. I save it as the date, 101807 would be today. Then i upload the calibration that i have been modifying, 32lbinjector happens to be the name of that. If the new cal is a step backwards i compare the downloaded file with the uploaded one to fix my cal i have been modifying.
